Gipson named to the prestigious VIP Woman of the Year Circle for “Entrepreneurship”

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Yesenia Gipson as a 2017-2018 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in entrepreneurship. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 850,000 members, a thriving eChapter and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Self-motivated and results driven to succeed, Yesenia Gipson is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.

Since 2015, Mrs. Gipson has been CEO of Sol-Luminate, LLC, which provides solutions for sustainable and solar energy. In her role, Mrs. Gipson, who has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Sustainable Enterprise Management from the University of Phoenix, uses her expertise to manage the day-to-day operations of the business. She is responsible for customer service, sales, coaching, leadership, and training and education. In her ongoing pursuit of professional development, Mrs. Gipson is working towards her Executive Master’s degree in Sustainable Leadership from Arizona State University.

In addition to her role at Sol-Luminate, Mrs. Gipson is in the process of opening The Camp Transformation Center, a fitness center. “We’ll be teaching individuals how to live healthier, more active lives by promoting to adopt a more natural and organic diet while incorporating safe exercise routines,” said Mrs. Gipson. “We will focus on teaching and educating members about how to take better care of themselves.”
