“Embarking on a New Chapter: Her Journey from Rancho Director to Opening Norco’s First Camp”

Her adventure with Rancho began in April 2015, thanks to Mindy, a mutual friend who knew she was in search of employment and informed her of an opening for an Assistant Director role. Her application was a success, and not only did she secure the position, but over the years, she has progressed to become the Director. In this role, she has trained trainers, managed front desk operations, supported assistant directors, handled challenging situations with clients, and guided many franchisees on effectively running their locations. It has been an incredibly rewarding experience for her, working at Rancho and leading Luis’s location under Alejandra’s oversight for nearly nine years. This journey has deepened her passion for the Camp model, fitness, and serving others, reinforcing her dream to own and manage her own camp.

Fast forward to today, and that dream is becoming a reality for her. She is thrilled to announce that she will be opening her first Camp in Norco. This opportunity to lead and inspire our community in embracing a healthier lifestyle fills her with immense excitement and gratitude. Her years at Rancho have equipped her with invaluable skills and experiences that she is eager to bring to this new venture. She is deeply humbled by this opportunity and cannot wait to embark on this new journey, continuing to share her love for fitness and service.
