Top 10 Trends in Fitness for 2022

The fitness industry is rapidly transforming year after year in the wake of the pandemic. While some aspects of the industry remain the same as they were in 2021 there are many new and emerging trends that are moving to the forefront. For our consumers it is important that The Camp recognizes these trends and works to incorporate them into our programming to better serve our clients.

Below are the top 10 Fitness Trends of 2022 as reported by Club Industry Magazine. You can find a link to their full article HERE. What we think is fascinating is that The Camp TC was already incorporating a number of these items into our programming prior to the pandemic and made huge strides to incorporate almost all of these trends into our programming in 2021 and 2022.

The Camp Transformation Center is the only nationally available fitness brand that is focused on weight loss and body transformation. Our programming has always been HIIT focused and incorporated free weights and body resistance training. This allows our members to burn calories, build muscle, and work toward achieving a healthy body composition. Additionally, our belief has always been to combine our calorie burning workouts with a healthier diet. We teach our members about portion control, macro counting, and supplementation to ensure they are reaping the benefits of all their hard work in the gym.

Through our “Camp on Demand APP” we are better able to serve our clients instantly by constantly connecting them with other members and our staff. This approach lets us build a support network that extends beyond the 4 walls of the gym and into their homes. This client first approach is one way that The Camp has continued to set ourselves apart from the competition.

Wellness is most certainly a new and emerging trend in fitness. This year The Camp TC launched our first ever wellness bundle with products like VitaFX, Collagen Protein, and GreenFX. The Camp will continue to innovate and lead the charge with more wellness products in the future.
