5 Tips for New Franchise Owners to Succeed at Daily Operations

Daily Operations is one of the most important areas to master as a franchise owner. We at The Camp Transformation Center have created an easy to follow business model with proven systems to guide you to success. Additionally all new franchise owners must complete a 2 week 80 hour franchise training program along with their management team.

Constant support & training are provided after that to all franchise owners. However, we at The Camp understand that peer to peer training is an integral and invaluable part of learning the ins and outs of the business.

This week we had a chance to catch up with Erica Sierra who is a multi-unit franchise owner. She began her journey as a member and then took over the existing North Long Beach location. She quickly adapted to the roll of owner and went on to open the Downtown Long Beach location at the beginning of this year.

Erica was our special guest this month on our webinar series dedicated to all things franchise. She was kind enough to share her passion for The Camp and her tips & tricks to mastering the ins and outs of daily operations. You can use the link below to listen to the webinar.

Below is an outline of the conversation and the topics we covered throughout the webinar. As you’ll see Erica has achieved what we call “Operational Excellence” and is truly a master at daily operations. She has created an environment where her employees feel empowered and appreciated and learned the valuable skill of delegating responsibilities. As she puts it “I’m the owner and I need to learn to delegate tasks so that I can focus on the responsibilities of an owner”
