What makes a good Camp location?
Light industrial is the most typical type of real estate for a Camp Transformation Center franchise, though a retail space can also work, depending on rental costs. The Camp’s flexible floor space, though, allows for simpler renovations.
Who are our competitors?
The Camp has its own niche of guiding members through the Weight Loss Challenge and converting them into full-time members. While most other concepts focus on a specific type of workout or letting a gym member exercise however they want, The Camp is focused on results and has thus, carved out its own space in the fitness industry.
How does The Camp have such a low investment?
Due to the affordable real estate needs and a limited equipment package, The Camp Transformation Center has a significantly lower initial investment than many fitness franchise concepts. Many gyms are opened with massive equipment packages that are purchased or leased. The Camp avoids this by keeping workouts simple and streamlined and avoiding exorbitant upfront costs.
